2. Use of the Platform

 

You agree to use Dowrli only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

 

You must not:

 

– Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

– Publish false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.

– Publish content that violates the rights of another person or entity.

– Use the Platform to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other Users.

3. User Accounts

– The Content is not fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

You retain ownership of your Content. However, by submitting Content to Dowrli, you grant Dowrli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify that Content as necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Platform.

 

5. Advertisements and Transactions Between Users

 

Dowrli is primarily a platform that facilitates the publication and discovery of Listings.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dowrli does not own, sell, purchase, rent, lease, employ, or otherwise provide the goods, properties, vehicles, jobs, services, or businesses advertised by Users.

 

Any transaction, agreement, payment, delivery, inspection, rental, purchase, employment relationship, or other arrangement between Users is made directly between the relevant parties.

 

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate checks and due diligence before entering into any transaction.

 

Dowrli does not guarantee:

 

– The identity of a User.

– The accuracy of a Listing.

– The ownership or legal status of advertised property or goods.

– The quality, safety, legality, or condition of any advertised item or service.

– The ability of a User to complete a transaction.

– The payment or delivery of any goods or services.

– The suitability of a job applicant or employer.

 

Users should exercise caution and avoid sending money or personal information to unknown parties without appropriate verification.

 

6. Prohibited Content

 

The following types of Listings or Content may be removed or restricted:

 

– Fraudulent or misleading advertisements.

– Illegal goods or services.

– Stolen goods.

– Counterfeit goods.

– Content that infringes intellectual property rights.

– Content containing malicious software or harmful links.

– Hate, threats, harassment, or abusive material.

– Pornographic or sexually exploitative content.

– Content involving exploitation or abuse of minors.

– Spam or excessive duplicate advertisements.
